FEDERAL REAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION
Federal real property management no longer flew under the radar of public policy in early 2025. The field saw significant changes, including a series of public buildings reforms enacted through the Water Resources Development Act on January 5, 2025—most notably, the full passage of the USE IT Act. The President, GSA, and DOGE were also highly active, issuing executive orders, public pronouncements, and unveiling a new “wall of receipts” documenting canceled leases.
Against this backdrop, FRPA hosted a panel discussion to help attendees make sense of these rapid changes. The session featured some of the top legal minds and one of the busiest brokers in federal real estate, providing expert analysis and practical insights into the evolving landscape.
