Join the Federal Real Property Association on April 21st for a morning breakfast reception to discuss: Beyond the Hype; Practical Use of AI in Federal Real PropertyAI grabs headlines every day, but what actually happens when you try to put it to work managing government real estate?

Our panel brings together federal leaders and government innovators who have put AI tools to the test - from automated lease reading, document analysis, and maintenance prediction to portfolio optimization. We'll dig into real examples, sharing what’s worked, what fizzled, and what every agency should know before launching their own AI efforts.

You’ll walk away with actionable insights and a clear-eyed view of both the promise and the limits of AI - plus ideas you can bring back to your agency, whether you’re just getting started or ready to take your next step.

The reception will be held at the Deloitte Rosslyn Office, 1919 N Lynn St. with doors opening at 8:30AM.

Directly following the event, guests are welcome to stay from 10:00-10:30AM for Deloitte's Olympic & Paralympic Experience, showcasing how advanced technology and AI are protecting one of the world's most complex global events.

These events have been structured with the intent that they comply with Congressional and Executive Branch ethics rules regarding Widely Attended Events and Gatherings.

Please note that during all FRPA events speakers, panelists, audience members, and all other participants are participating in their individual capacity and their comments are for non-attribution.  FRPA events incorporate the “Chatham House Rule,” which states that “participants [in FRPA events] are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.”  FRPA has adopted this rule to foster free and open discussion.  Guests or member who violate this rule may be subject to exclusion from future FRPA events. We appreciate your adherence to this rule.  Thank you.
