Natalie Newman
Natalie is a Marketing Manager at ZGF Architects, supporting business development and marketing efforts across multiple sectors from the firm’s Washington, DC office. She manages lead tracking, researches clients and competitors, and collaborates with leadership to develop tailored proposals, SOQs, SF330s, and interview materials. Before joining ZGF, she held marketing roles at FD Stonewater and HITT Contracting. Natalie has been supporting the FRPA Board since 2022.


Elsa Wilson

Elsa Wilson is a Senior Research Analyst at JLL focusing on government and education research. She supports the firm’s Public Institutions group that specializes in federal government work, as well as state and local government and education. Prior to this, she spent over a year as the DC Research Analyst specializing in the DC office market. Her career began at JLL in July 2020 as an intern for the Government Investor Services team. Elsa earned her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. 


Doug Fusco

Doug is a member of Deloitte’s GPS Advisory Group, operating within the Infrastructure and Financial Advisory team. He has worked closely with DHS clients to help them in their federal capital project management divisions and assisting in understanding the breakdown of their Real Property Portfolio. Doug’s cross-industry exposure has given him insight and practice leading work in project management, facilities management, workplace transformation and strategic planning and implementation.


Eliese Thrush

Eliese is a member of Deloitte’s GPS Consulting Group, operating within the Real Estate Strategy and Sustainability team. She has worked closely with DoD and Civil Government clients to help them understand the breakdown of their Real Property Portfolio and create intentional optimization and reallocation plans. Eliese’s cross-industry exposure has given her insight and practice leading work in project management, future of work, change management and strategic planning and implementation.
