GAO High Risk Update Luncheon

Gene Dodaro, in his 15th and final year as Comptroller General of the United States, delivered his last High-Risk Update to a limited audience. For the 22nd consecutive year, Federal Real Property Management remained on the GAO’s High-Risk List—one of 38 areas flagged for 2025.

During the event, the Comptroller General and GAO staff focused on recent findings related to property disposal, condition, and security. They also shared insights from GAO’s three real property hearings before Congress held this year.
